Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our Fort Myers, Florida headquarters! However, we currently cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other select regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Fast delivery via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
  2. Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your package ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your shipping method) to follow your package’s journey. If you have any issues with tracking, our customer service team is happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to start the return process. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
