We get stoked when you order! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your gear ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two ways to get your kiteboarding and hydrofoil equipment to you:
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
Carriers: DHL or FedEx
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
2. Free Shipping
Available for orders over $50
Carrier: EMS
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Some remote locations may experience longer transit times.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship
Please return items in original condition with all tags and packaging:
- Use the original box when possible
- Include all accessories and documentation
- For exchanges, clearly note what you’d like instead
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (shipping fees may apply)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used harnesses and harness accessories (due to personal wear)
- Opened hardware packages (screws, bolts, small components)
- Custom or special order items (including personalized gear)
- Products from Build A Bar Workshops (custom configured control bars)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your hydrofoil, kite, or board arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
- Choose between replacement (priority shipped) or full refund
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Include all customs documentation for smooth processing
- Refunds exclude original shipping and customs fees
